To access the SEPE electronic headquarters there are two methods of access:
With Permanent Key obtained through prior registration in cl@ve
With a recognized digital certificate or electronic DNI
If you forget the password and keep the activation code provided in the Registry in CL @ VE, you can retrieve it with that code in the password management service link
Knowing your current password you can change it in the authentication link
To be able to sign is necessary as follows, depending on the type of access.
If you have agreed to the electronic site SEPE with a digital certificate, you must use the same certificate to perform the signature.
If you have agreed to the electronic site SEPE with username and password Cl@ve (Permanent Password), you need to have your signing certificate issued in the cloud. you can only sign paperwork if has obtained CL@ve Permanent.
If you have never signed with your signing certificate in the cloud, the first time that reaches the signature process you will be taken to the process of issuing certificates which will give your Cl@ve password and you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone with a confirmation code.
If you have created your credentials Cl@ve requesting a letter of invitation, you may not use the service signature. In this case must go to a registration office Cl@ve to emit a credential Cl@ve valid to sign, which is none other than CL@ve Permanent.
