• You have to be unemployed.
• You must have been declared fully capable or partially incapable, as a consequence of a review file for improvement of a situation of great disability, absolute or total permanent incapacity for the usual profession.
• You should not be entitled to the unemployment tax benefit.
• You may not be entitled to unemployment benefits for not meeting the above conditions
