Returning emigrant is considered to be a worker of Spanish nationality, who returns to Spain after having stayed and worked abroad, as well as the children of Spanish migrant workers, with Spanish nationality, born abroad who return to Spain and have worked abroad with that nationality.

You must meet, in addition to the general requirements, the following:

• Be Spanish and have returned from a foreign country not belonging to the European Union, European Economic Area, or Australia or Switzerland, in which you must have worked, at least 12 months in the last six years since the last departure from Spain.
