The submission of the Annual Income Declaration (DAR) for the allowance for people over 52 years of age until retirement age shall be carried out, depending on the date on which the allowance was granted, under the following terms:

For allowances granted before 01/11/2024: 

This service allows beneficiaries of the allowance for people over 52 years of age to submit their annual income declaration in order to continue receiving the allowance, provided that they continue to meet the requirements initially established throughout the period during which they receive it. You may submit it by clicking the "Start declaration" button.

For allowances granted after 01/11/2024:

The DAR must be submitted by means of a pre-application through the Personal Area of this Electronic Office or in person at a benefits office. 

To process the declaration, you need to:

• Have a username and password obtained through the cl\@ve system, a digital certificate or a DNIe. To complete procedures requiring a signature, when accessing with a cl\@ve username and password, you must have a mobile phone whose number matches the one registered with cl\@ve.
• Be registered as a jobseeker with the regional employment service or, if you reside in Ceuta or Melilla, with the Spanish Public Employment Service.
• Declare that the established income limits are not exceeded.
• Agree to the data we have on record.

This service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
