For the granting of this allowance, there are at least the following conditions:

• You have to be unemployed.
• You should have been declared fully capable or partially incapable, as a result of file improvement from major disability, absolute permanent disability or in full for the profession.
• You should not have the right to the contributory unemployment benefit.
