For the granting of this allowance, there are at least the following conditions:

• You have to be unemployed.
• You should have been released from prison, after having been deprived of liberty for a period of at least 6 months. (Also included are juveniles released from a detention centre and those who have completed a treatment for drug dependency of drug dependence and have been sent his term of imprisonment).
• You should not have the right to the contributory unemployment benefit.
