For the RAI concession you must meet, in addition to the general requirements, the following:

• Be continuously registered in the Employment Office as a job seeker for 12 or more months. Enrollment is considered interrupted if you have worked a cumulative period of 90 or more days in the 365 days prior to the application date.
• Have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% or must have a recognized disability that implies a decrease in their working capacity.

You may not be entitled to active insertion income for not meeting the above conditions:
